We install Webroot on all our customers machines these days. We operate a Webroot MSP Dashboard. We receive an Email Report every evening with into about infected PCs. Quite often this relates to Notebooks that have been turned off before the rollback has occurred. We issue Sweep and Cleanup commands and even call the customer to tell him/her what has happened. We ask them to switch back on to allow process to complete. Hooray for Webroot
